If you are hospitalized, your attending physician will send us an admission request.
If you are at home, your primary care physician will send us the admission request.

Paid public parking is available under the building. Maisonneuve. The public parking lot is accessible from the main street of Belle-Terre. The Belle-Terre neighborhood does not have outdoor parking spaces.
