Rehabilitation in internal medicine and oncology is intended for patients requiring in-depth care following hospitalization for an internal condition (cardiac, pulmonary, metabolic, renal, etc.) or oncological treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy).
Our facility guarantees specialized, coordinated care covered by supplementary health insurance (LCA) for internal medicine and oncology.

Care
Our quality care is based on coordination, training and continuous improvement of our practices.
Our structure complies with STRéha standards, guaranteeing compliance with rehabilitation care standards and best practices. What's more, our human-scale institute is a strength, promoting a personalized approach to care, short decision-making circuits and continuous improvement of care.
The care team accompanies patients on their rehabilitation journey, working closely with other healthcare professionals. Rehabilitation care pursues an objective defined in interdisciplinary collaboration with the patient or his/her therapeutic representative.
Objectives are assessed weekly at a multi-professional meeting, and continuously measured and adjusted. The day and night team is on call 24/7.
Reception at Maisonneuve
Hotel care at Maisonneuve is designed to offer patients a comfortable and pleasant stay, in a comforting environment and with a human-scale infrastructure. A hospitality policy has been developed to instill confidence in patients.
Patients benefit from hotel services, including healthy, creative and authentic meals and attentive staff. Emphasis is placed on the quality of relationships and respect for patients, as well as on taking into account their individual dietary needs. The kitchen works in close collaboration with the dietician.
The "la Suite" restaurant stands out thanks to its choice of local, seasonal produce, and its choice of suppliers from the Geneva region for its vegetables, meats and herbs.

Output
The Maisonneuve ecosystem enables the efficient implementation of home care with our partners (home care organizations, including Maisonneuve à domicile) and/or the organization of further optimal rehabilitation in the outpatient sector (home physiotherapists, physiotherapy centers close to home or in our CARE Charmilles outpatient rehabilitation center).
The liaison nurse assesses patients' needs, organizes their return home and ensures continuity of care for their rehabilitation. Her aim is to guarantee coherent care adapted to the patient's state of health on discharge from the Clinique Châtelaine.
She is also involved in coordinating care between the clinic, the rehabilitation center and home care.
Rehabilitation Clinics
Our two clinics, one on the right bank and the other on the left bank of Geneva, offer comprehensive, multidisciplinary inpatient care. They feature comfortable rooms, modern treatment areas, relaxation facilities and a team committed to supporting you on a daily basis.
